K.V. Ramani, entrepreneur, mentor and philanthropist, realized early on that computers and communications were merging and founded Future Software with the mission of building telecommunication and networking software out of India. Ramani is one of the founder members of NASSCOM and he was the Chairman of NASSCOM during 1997-98. Ramani was the Charter president of the TiE (The indUS Entrepreneurs) - Chennai Chapter and has contributed significantly to promoting IT and entrepreneurship in the state of Tamil Nadu. He is also
